Hello! My name is Madeline Bergen and I am a senior Communications Sciences and Disorders major at Baylor Unviersity. I started my "Lettuce Celebrate" business about a year and a half ago, with the intention of only a baking blog. However, my community here at Baylor saw the potential for this to really go beyond just sharing ideas to actually creating pastries and cakes for people.
